Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order is received to start a return or exchange. To be accepted, items must come back to us:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags still attached
- In their original packaging
Anything returned worn, altered, washed, or without tags will be sent back to you and won't be refunded.
How to start a return:
All returns and exchanges are handled through our self-serve return portal. Head to [your Redo return portal link], enter your order number and email, and follow the steps. You'll get a prepaid shipping label and instructions right there.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 7 business days, though your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Refunds and exchanges
**Full refund** to your original payment method on eligible items returned within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges and store credit are also available through the portal.
Return shipping
- Covered if you added Return Coverage at checkout. Your return label is free.
- Customer paid if you didn't add coverage.
- In-store returns are always free. Bring any online order to Kiwi or fig. in Park Slope and we'll handle the return or exchange in person. - We love seeing you.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Final sale (not returnable or exchangeable)
The following are final sale:
- Sale and markdown items
- Jewelry, including all pierced earrings
- Intimates and swimwear
- Gift cards
- Special order items
Special order items are brought in specifically for you, which is why they can't be returned. Please reach out before placing a special order if you have any questions. We're glad to help.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, that's on us. Start a return through the portal within **48 hours of receipt** and choose the damaged or defective reason, or email us at [your returns email] with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a full refund or replacement and cover all shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
